They use up beat music in the clip it gets louder and faster to build up the tension and to get the viewers attention. It was set in an everyday city to make it seem more realistic so that it will seem more real to the audience and will then be more scary and create more tension throughtout the film. From this trailer we can see what different shot they have included and what they have done to make it seem more realistic as well as the different conventions that they have used in this film such as music to create tension.
