Ident research

I have researched different film company idents to give us an idea of what type of ident we could us for our final film. A ident is a short clip beofre the start of a film that identifies the production company who makes the film.



This is a video clip is for the Universal ident this is a very well known ident as Universal is a big film company and this ident is shown at the beginning of all of their films. The is a complicated ident which includes a spinning globe with the writing the appearing on the globe, there is also sound in this ident, the sound builds up during the ident. The ident for our final film will not be as complicated as this due to not having the same software that Universal had to create their ident.

This is a video clip is for 20th Century Fox this is another famous ident as this is shown at the start of each of their films. This is a more simple ident than Universal but still quite complicated with the company name 20th century Fox in gold writing spinning slowly with music also included it is very effective but quite a long ident. The ident for our film will not be as complicated as this due to the different software being available and that we know how to use.


The is the working title ident this ident isn't as well know as the idents for Universal or 20th Century Fox but is fairly simple yet effective, in this ident there is no sound included.

This is the paramount ident  this is silent ident and another well known ident. This ident includes complicate animations in it and would be very difficult to create this is why our ident will not be like this one.
